Identify capacity, urgency, the patient’s expressed preferences, the decision-maker, confidentiality, and legal or safety constraints. Choose the response that addresses the patient’s concern directly and preserves autonomy and safety.
Practice the format
Day 1 may include scientific abstracts and pharmaceutical advertisements. Use the official examples so layout and information density are familiar before test day.
